athlete training

Urghh......so tiring today is my second athlete training...first i train cakera(lontaran) i want lontar peluru but teacher say he can't find the peluru for girl 1......but lontar cakera oso qute fun la^^

Then, i go for high jump...i can't do so high la, my friend ariel can haha lol...later i try lompat pagar for fun only la....i only stick to high jump and lontaran..=)

During last tuesday, i go for my first training..i practise high jump only...then the next morning-wednesday morning...i can't even move my leg...I GOT MUSCLE CRAMP...kolian me ho..lol=.="
I even got accident during the high jump training=(........I juz want to be skul athlete ma haha
